Investigation Summary

Beelitz-Heilstätten is a protected hospital ensemble begun in 1898 for tuberculosis patients, used as a military hospital in both world wars and operated by Soviet forces until 1994. Parts are restored, inhabited or clinically active while others remain ruinous. Its haunted reputation grew through urban exploration, crime retellings and horror media. Claims of shadows, voices, cold spots, battery drain and EVP lack an auditable incident record or controlled replication. PRN separates documented medical history, nearby and on-site crimes, unsafe-building effects and later folklore, and finds paranormal causation unsupported.
